Neil
has more than 20 years' experience in senior operational roles in PLCs and SMEs, as well as family owned businesses, and
is an experienced entrepreneur and turnaround specialist. He has extensive knowledge of business start ups, post sale integration,
acquisitions and disposals, with particular emphasis on business development and operational management. He is a member of
the Investment Team of Turnaround Directors for one of the largest UK banks and also for one of the Big 4 accountancy practices. Having recently completed an assignment as interim Business Development Director with one
of the UK’s leading social and affordable house builders, he has a current knowledge of this crucial, growing sector
of the construction market.
Neil is now
involved with a ‘High-Growth’ start up business which will be launching innovative and unique eco, sustainable
modular buildings for the leisure and hotel markets throughout the UK and Europe in 2010.

out pre & post tender reviews and developed new structure to deliver growth of the £80M regional business unit.
- Operations Turnaround Director for 3rd generation, profitable family owned business.
Demerged regional business into two stand alone business units to deliver new sales expansion (£12m division of £50m
group).
- Interim Sales Director - Selected by VC and Equity stakeholders to deliver
sales growth through the startup phase of this fast growth business. Delivered £10m order book and sales pipeline
of £20m within 5 months.
- Integration Director for the European division of
this UK Fortune 500 office furniture manufacturer which acquired two of its UK distributors. Appointed to develop and
implement post acquisition integration and turnaround plan.
- Interim Managing Director of a Scottish production business. Appointed by corporate recovery team of a UK bank to
turnaround and facilitate an exit route for the stakeholders.
