Interim Management is the ideal solution
for any company or organisation which is going through a period of crisis, transition or change and has a requirement for
hands on management support during this critical phase of their business. Business solutions to problems or strategic
change can be implemented quickly without affecting the main focus of the in house management team. Operating at or near
board level gives the interim manager authority to implement change or transition within the company.
Interims work on an assignment basis from a few days per month, to more usually a block of several
weeks or months. Each role will demand a considerable amount of responsibility and trust and will usually need to be
filled within a matters of days. Assignments last for an agreed period and once achieved, the interim manager will
hand over to a full time replacement and move on to the next assignment.
